The general terms & conditions are bound for all utilization, classes and offers of independently of location, time or nature of its transaction.

is entitled to specify and limit the maximum number of participants depending on the class in general or individually if it is due to mandatory, organizational or particularly for spacious reasons for the interest of the participants. An advance reservation for the different classes is essential in order to guarantee an undisturbed organized course. Access to the class is only permitted up to 5 minutes after the session has started so as to give the participants the possibility of an undisturbed attendance.

The fees of the classes cover in principle the use of the offered classes according to the agreed contract and are payable in advance. In case of a refused or non-redeemable debit entry is entitled to charge € 10,00 to cover expenses, costs and processing fees. It is to be proven that the damages have not been occurred or are significantly lower than the above lump-sum.

is solely liable for damages occurred out of gross negligence or deliberate intention, not for damages resulting from injury or lesion of life, body or health, therefore the liability for negligence or default is insofar excluded. The participation in the classes is at one’s own risk. is not liable for objects brought along by the participants, in particular valuables or wardrobe items.

The cancellation or rescheduling of a private lesson needs to be notified in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
